By requesting a commission, you are therefore agreeing to my terms of service. Please take your time reading through it.
1. The artist will accept commissions at their own discretion, and reserves the right to deny a commission if it is not suitable to their skills, morals, or alignments in any shape or form.
a) Any commission with hate imagery will be rejected.
b) Inappropriate depictions of minors in any shape, way, or form will be rejected.

-Sketch phase: client can get a 40% refund, as 60% are the value of the non refundable deposit.
-Lineart phase: client can get a 30% refund, as 70% are the value of the non refundable deposit.
-Color block phase*: client can get a 20% refund, as 80% are the value of the non refundable deposit.
There are no refunds after the piece has been completed, as the work was delivered as promised, or after the 180 days stipulated by PayPal's refund services.
* If a commission is flat colors only, the piece is considered completed in the color block phase, hence the client is not entitled to a refund in that phase.
f) Payment must be upfront. Exceptionally, if the commission has a higher price, the client can discuss with the artist if they wish to split payment into half - this is only accepted for commissions with a price higher than 100€, and the payment increments will be decided by the artist, not the client.
5. The price of a commission is only for the execution of the art, not the piece’s copyright. The artist still retains copyright over the image, unless the client agrees to pay the copyright fee to be able to use it for commercial purposes.
6. The artist will provide work in progress shots at some stages of the piece, such as sketch, lineart, colors, and rendering. The client may request progress shots and a limit of three revisions that weren’t originally in the discussed piece. These revisions may or may not carry an additional fee depending on their nature and complexity, and how much they hinder the current progress of the piece. It is encouraged to keep good communication and provide the artist with a way to contact the client to send progress shots.
7. All commission works will be displayed on the artist’s portfolio and social media, unless explicitly requested to stay private.
a) Prices vary due to complexity, number of extras (such as: props, characters, etc.), time sensitive work, and/or commercial use.
b) Base prices are non negotiable.
c) Payment is done by PayPal only. When requesting a commission, please provide the email to which the artist should send the invoice to.
d) The prices are listed in the artist’s currency, it is up to the client to look up the conversion of the currency, in case the client uses a different one.
e) If the client wishes a refund after the piece has begun being worked on, they are entitled to a partial refund, with a percentage calculated according to the phase in which the piece finds itself.
g) If the client does not provide visual reference for the commissioned piece, there will be an added character design fee, to be discussed with the client.
a) When requesting a commission, the client must disclose if it is intended for commercial use.
b) If the art is intended for commercial use, there will be a copyright fee, which may vary depending on the commission itself, and how it will be used commercially.
c) The failure to communicate that the art is intended for commercial use as well as the use of said art commercially without the artist's consent and copyright compensation will result in a breach of the terms of service and a DMCA report.
